Training

NSL believes that lifelong learning begins with training, to continually adapt its people to the changing work environment and new technologies -- and add new, creative ways to think out of the box.

After orientation, new employees undergo structured on-the-job training to gain an understanding of their jobs, and are then put on a continual job-specific training programme, reviewed annually to ensure that goals for professional and career development are on track.
